Tofu Salad

- tofu (3-4 containers)
- bean sprouts (1-2 bags)
- tomatoes (4)
- tuna (1-2 cans)
- green onion bunch (1-2 bunches)
- 1/4 c oil
- 1/2 c shoyu
- 2 cloves garlic
Sauce: Brown the garlic in the oil. Cut green onions and let it sit in the shoyu. When the garlic is done, add green onions and let it sit.
Salad: Layer tofu, bean sprouts, tomatoes and tuna. Pour sauce over the salad. Enjoy!
