Yummy Chicken

  • 1 bag 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, defrosted.
  • 1 jar, regular sized, apricot preserve
  • 1 package lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 regular sized italian dressing bottle OR italian dressing mix
  • 1 can apricots, drained - optional

1. Preheat oven to 375*.  Cut up chicken breasts into strips and  place in 9" x 13" pan.
2. Pour remaining ingredients into pan and cover with foil.
3. Place in oven and bake for 1.5 hours.  Enjoy!


This is one of the dishes my mom made.  I wasn't living at home anymore but she shared this recipe with me and it has become one of my favorite go-to meals.  It's so easy to do and delicious to eat
